Solo Narrative Performance

Over a gentle, slow arc , begin to find (and tell) your story .  Mining for metaphor and poetry in your experience, learn a series of performance and directing techniques; together we will discover a unique lens through which your personal telling takes shape.  Some will wish to keep it just their own, and some may wish to be witnessed by an invited audience.  Others still may prefer this in a group setting, to share the process with those also embarking on telling their own.   

Yogic Philosophy Coaching

Learn, deepen, and apply principles of yogic philosophy to your unique needs as they arise.  Access the divine consciousness within you, by any name true to you.  Process through organizing principles such as the chakras, karmic blocks, and welcoming a letting go of habitual patterns.  This intentional practice is founded on cultural humility and an embodied intention of reversing misappropriation and historical weaponization of yoga by the western world. 

Functional Alignment and Freedom of Use: Alexander-Technique-Inspired

Learn techniques for letting go of old patterns of overexertion or strain in daily functioning, restoring efficiency of movement with deep presence and resilience in the breath and voice.  Release patterns of strain in basic tasks like walking, sitting, speaking; and reroute to a congruent, attuned functioning in loving relationship to Self.  Discover your true connection to the earth and how much more ease is possible!

Yin Yoga & Meditation

Learn self - assisted fascial release for relief from stress, anxiety, chronic pain.  A slow -holds, deep stretch practice with bolsters and blankets; highly ritualized practice with loads of space for meditative guidance.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation

A snuggly relaxing practice with guidance on alignment and use of blanket folds, bolsters, straps, and blankets for deep comfort and letting go.  Deep meditative soundscapes, scented oils of your choosing, and gentle guided visualizations usher in a total relaxation state and nervous system reboot. 

Vinyasa

A powerful flow moving through all planes of movement and clearing chakras of stored or blocked energy.  Deep twists and complex combinations restore full range of motion in the muscles and joints, while consciously inviting the Breath throughout the body to release the prana. 

Breath / Voice Coaching

Explore issues of strain, self-critique, and fear of being heard on Voice.  Release holding patterns, and restore a resilient breath-body into Voice.  The practice will be catered to the individual needs and may include fascia release, breath anatomy, vocal vibration, pranayama, and the tremoring / Destructuring and Restructuring techniques of Fitzmaurice Voicework(c).  

Myofascial Release for Pain Relief, MindResilience, and Freedom of Mobility

Individual session or small groups employing self-guided healing touch, deep pressure, directional energy, and physiotherapy tools along with hand-scraping for reshaping the fascia around released alignment.  Release scarring, cellular memory, and discover new freedom in the mind/body connection, this moment in time.  Learn the direct contact between thought patterns, emotions such as anxiety and panic, and the miraculous fascial system,
